Nicole Parlato graduated from St. John Fisher College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Childhood and Special Education and has a background in customer service, working previously for The Spa at the Del Monte as a Spa Coordinator for six years. She started working for Liftbridge Financial Advisors part-time in 2011 while she worked as a Substitute Teacher and joined the team full time in 2013. What she likes most about her position as the Client Services Manager is the opportunity to problem solve and learn something new every day.

When not at work, Nicole enjoys cooking and baking and spending time with her very large family.
